are also very important parts of a good literary analysis. The pupils are now bloging on these topics. Some have finished reading their novels already, but others have quite a bit left to read. They have to be finished reading by next Friday, January 29. I am sitting in class now, looking at some of them posting new texts in their blogs, some of them are reading and some are having book discussions. Nice!

New assignement!

This week the pupils are to blog about the main characters in the novels they are reading. Their assignement is to answer the following questions: How would you describe the main character(s)? Do you like him/her/them? What literary techniques are used to describe the main character (narrator, language, symbols, etc.)? Try to answer as many of the questions as possible!

Most of my pupils have now made a blog!

They have chosen novels indivdually and started reading them. They will be blogging about their experience with reading, about the books and authors, and about the different aspects of literary analysis. Hopefully they will enjoy this project! You can follow the blogs in the list to the right :-)

Novels!

The pupils will be reading novels the next few weeks. As a part of their assignement they are to blog about the books they are reading. In my bloglist you can find links to their blogs, they are well worth a visit!
